Q: How are you able to sell so low?

A: We work with many companies and purchase overstocks and discontinued models. We purchase in volume and operate with lower overhead then most retailers. This gives us the ability to offer our customers the best prices and values.


Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: Yes, unlike most liquidators we do offer a return policy. Please see our policies page for more information.


Q: Are the products authentic?

A: Yes, all the products and merchandise are 100% authentic, factory products.


Q: If an item is out of stock will you get it again?

A: In many cases products will be brought back into our stock. In some cases our purchases were for a limited number and cannot be obtained again. If you are wanting to purchase an item that is out of stock please email for more information.


Q: Do the products come with a warranty?

A: Many items will come with full factory warranties. Any warranties offered are that of the manufacture and are subject to each companies terms and conditions. For more information please visit our site policies page.


Q: Why don't you offer a phone number?

A: We try and keep our overhead low and pass the saving on to our customers. We try and handle questions via email if possible.


Q: Do you offer any additional discounts?

A: We do offer additional discounts on many items. We have many orgainizations and small retailers that inquire about quantity pricing. To qualify for any discount you must purchase a minimum of 12 per sku. Please contact us with item and quantity for discount percentage


Q: Do you ship world wide?

A: Yes, netshades.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for all our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to IShopUSA customers service.


Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: We currently only charge sales tax for orders shipped in the state of Kansas. All other locations will be charged NO sales tax.
